Even Richard Parry, interim Managing Director of London Underground, isn't trying to put a gloss on things, acknowledging that people are waiting longer. It seems that the Tube is about to admit it's mistake and revert back to the old system, although no-one is saying that publicly at the moment.
Which might make sense for the rest of London but for us it will mean the return of the Hammersmith & Shitty Line - oh lucky us.
Thanks for this information. Most of us in the Bush had no idea that the new system was a cause of difficulties for other tube users, as there has been bog-all feed back on general release. I always thought it would be a pain for those Circle line users whose journeys now have an enforced break, which must cause their journey time to increase. How then to improve the H&S Line if the circle line reverts to its endless route?
