..of the Evening Standard this week.I was abroad when this headline appeared but only today walked past a large pile of rubbish that was lying in the street with tell tale holes, presumably gnawed by rats, all over it.
It all becomes clear - our local Council has not collected the rubbish and its one of the worst offenders in London it would seem.
