QPR: the circus continues

QPR today lost 1-0. Not a huge loss scoreline-wise, but throw in the fact that they were playing bottom placed Peterbrough and ended the game with 9 men .. oh, and that manager Mick Harford refused to speak to the media after the match - and it looks like yet another episode in the farce that is now Queen's Park Rangers Football Club.

The Fulham Chronicle this week carried a big story about how the strange man of sport Briatore was on the verge of leaving as a result of fans protesting outside the ground last week, dressed as clowns to make the point that the club was now a circus. The newspaper doesn't seem to have any actual evidence for that claim, but I hope their guesswork is somewhere in the right place.

In the meantime this season is now a complete write-off.
