The council would save a lot of money by moving to modern "landmark"offices in the regeneration white city development. The old council building would be better suited as a hotel.<br /><br />The only life in the new plans is the confetti in the sunny drawings. In reality it will lack direct sunlight due to be north facing and surrounded by tall buildings, grey, sterile, cold and windy environment to be in.
